This course enables students to further develop knowledge and skills in visual arts using the creative process to explore themes through studio work (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpting, printmaking) and through collage, multimedia, and emerging technologies. Students use the critical analysis process to evaluate their own work and others’ and may take the course as a comprehensive program or focused area (e.g., photography, video, computer graphics, information design). Prerequisite: Visual Arts, Grade 9 or 10, Open.
